Design
Maxflow Non Clog Pumps are single stage, end suction type and with open or closed impeller. These are built as clog-less pumps having conduit type or alternatively semi-open type impellers, which permit soft solids of large sizes to be handled by the pump.Shaft is supported by oil/grease lubricated antifriction bearings at two ends. Stuffing box is conveniently accessible and to keep the contamination away from packing space it can be provided with external water sealing.
Material of construction
Depending upon temperature and chemical properties of liquid being pumped, casings are made of cast iron, cast steel or acid resistant stainless steel. Material for impellers and shafts can be provided as per required specifications.
Application
Industrial & municipal waste, sump drainage, process fluids, clean and turbid or slighly contaminated liquids.
